Tactile graphics help blind and low-vision (BLV) people access non-textual information, but creating customized graphics remains difficult and time-consuming. We present the first generative system that produces fabrication-ready 2.5D tactile graphics directly from natural-language prompts. The system integrates global relief geometry, tactile surface textures, and standard-compliant braille into a unified 3D-printable representation, while supporting both automatic generation and interactive texture control. In-person studies with BLV and blindfolded sighted participants using physically printed outputs show consistent preference for our results over existing baselines. By extending generative graphics from visual images to touchable objects, this work explores how generative AI can make accessible content creation more scalable and personalizable.
